NYDLC submitted testimony to the New York State Assembly Standing Committee on Election Law and its Subcommittee on Election Day Operations and Voter Disenfranchisement, as part of a timely Assembly Hearing on Ensuring the Integrity of Elections. The hearing examined the condition of New York’s election infrastructure with a focus on measures in place—and those additional measures needed—in order to protect the integrity of the election administration system against cyber-infiltration, tampering, or other attack.
