NYDLC Files Letter with OAG & SBOE Ahead of 11/7 Documenting Past Election Irregularities in Westchester-LoHud Region

On Friday Oct. 20, 2017, NYDLC filed a letter with AG Schneiderman's office, copied to the full State Board of Election Leadership calling for the AG and SBOE to take proactive measures and corrective action to curb several recurring voting rights violations and inexcusable material departures from state and federal voting laws across the Empire State, particularly in the Westchester/Lower Hudson Valley region.
