Join NYDLC for a 2-credit CLE* presentation by Doug Kellner, Co-Chair of the New York State Board of Elections and former Democratic commissioner on the New York City Board of Elections, and Laurence Laufer, former General Counsel to the New York City Campaign Finance Board for a lively presentation on the nuts and bolts of Campaign Finance law in New York State and New York City.

Without properly trained campaign counsels or treasurers, candidates can easily fall afoul of these important rules. Learn about current trends and existing rules regarding public financing, contribution limits, expenditures and transactions, public disclosure, and audits/enforcement.
