Join us at this recurring, monthly clinic to learn the ropes to operating the tech systems you need to know to do a hotline from home.
We will break down logging in, receiving calls, and managing tickets.
It may sound scary if you are tech phobic, but we will do our best to make it easy for you!
You only need to come to one class to learn what you need. However, we will operate this clinic once a month through October, so you have plenty of chances to learn the material, experiment with the platforms, and get a refresher if you need it!
