Our next MVRC virtual meeting will be held on Thursday July 29th @5:30pm. This is an all-virtual meeting.
The focus of this meeting will be on federal voting reforms, as we welcome Congressman Mondaire Jones, US Representative for New York's 17th Congressional District (https://jones.house.gov/). Congressman Jones will update us on the progress of HR-1 Voting Rights Act and the John Lewis Act and what the Democrats in Congress will do to combat the many draconian voter suppression laws that have been introduced or passed in over 20 states.

Also, in our continuing spotlight on voter rights organizations we will have the Voter Protection Director of the Democratic National Committee Ms. Reyna Walters-Morgan.
